SUBSTANCE: anterior chamber is approached in steps at an angle of 15-30 degrees by a puncture of 1.8-2 mm wide; the conjunctival-Tenon complex puncture is extended on either side therefrom to 2-2.3 mm.
EFFECT: method enables reducing a risk of postoperative astigmatism.
