FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises supplying air to the bulk of pulp with subsequent dispersing. The air bubbles are supplied through the openings in the chamber made under the level of pulp by setting the chamber or movable bottom of the chamber in vibration. The discharged pulp is fed back to the chamber with the use of pump or the openings provided with check valves. The number of bubbles supplied to the chamber is determined from formula N = nω/2π, where n is the number of openings in the chamber and ω is the angular frequency of vibration, in 1/s.
EFFECT: improved control of aeration.
