FIELD: flotation equipment used in flotating separation of hydrophobic particles, molecules and ions from pulps, sewage and circulating waters and solutions, and also for mixing of solid and liquid phases and mixing of said phases with gases. SUBSTANCE: machine includes at least one chamber, shaft, axial impeller with blades, cylinder with holes in its upper cover and, on side, with vanes in its lower part. Impeller has blades whose convex working surfaces present parts of branch of quadratic curve in cross-section. Blades are widening by a factor of 1.2-1.5 from periphery to shaft axis and inclined to chamber bottom. Impeller blade ends are located at a distance of 0.5-1.0 of its diameter from chamber bottom. Height of cylinder with pulp circulation holes equals 1/2-1/3 chamber depth with total open area in it amounting up to 0.08-0.15% of chamber area. Stator vanes are inclined to chamber bottom at an angle of 25-45 deg to vertical line and at angle of 40-55 deg to cylinder radius towards impeller rotation direction. Cylinder has an air inlet hole.
