FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention pertains to construction materials. The clay-phosphate material which contains blue Cambrian clay, iron-bearing wastes from metallurgical production based on iron (II) oxide with 5-7% residual on sieve No.008 and orthophosphoric acid with density of 1.30 g/cm3, also contains wastes from water treatment, treatment of waste water - spent sulphonated carbon with 5-7% residual on sieve No.008, having the following composition, wt %: C - 45.24; Na2SO4 - 13.0; Fe2O3 - 0.44; Al2O3 -1.43; MgO - 0.15; CaO - 0.29; SiO2 - 4.13; H2O - 35.0; suspended substances - 0.32, with the following ratio of components, wt %: blue Cambrian clay 58-59, said iron-bearing wastes 12-13, said sulphated carbon 11-12, orthophosphoric acid with density of 1.30 g/cm3 - the rest.
EFFECT: higher frost-resistance of the material.
