FIELD: building materials, building industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention proposes clay-phosphate material comprising loam, iron-containing waste from metallurgic manufacture with residue on sieve № 008 7-11% containing Fe (II) oxide, ortho-phosphoric acid of density 1.24-1.25 g/cm3 and furnace slag with residue on sieve № 008 5-7% containing the following components, wt.-%: CaO, 37-39; SiO2, 34-37; Al2O3, 9-11; MgO, 10-11; MnO, 0.2-0.5; Fe2O3, 1-4; S, 0.6-0.8, and TiO2, 1.2-1.3, in the following ratio of components in clay-phosphate material, wt.-%: loam, 54-58; iron-containing waste from metallurgic manufacture with residue on sieve № 008 containing Fe (II) oxide 7-11%, 4-8; indicated slag, 25-30, and ortho-phosphoric acid of density 1.24-1.25 g/cm3, the balance. Invention can be used in manufacturing building blocks. Invention provides enhancing strength and retaining water resistance of clay-phosphate material.
EFFECT: improved and valuable properties of material.
