FIELD: nonferrous metallurgy; methods of production of the castable high-temperature alloys on a nickel base.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to nonferrous metallurgy and may be used at smelting of carbon-free high-temperature alloys on the nickel base for casting blades with the single-crystal structure for the gas-turbine engines and the gas-turbine plants. The invention presents the method of production of the castable high-temperature alloys on a nickel base. The method provides for smelting-down in the vacuum media of the charge materials, decarburizing, refining in the inert gas medium, deoxidation, the subsequent injection of the alloying components: chrome, titanium, aluminum, then - calcium and lanthanum. Aluminum is introduced by batches in the amount, which is necessary for production of intermetallic alloy on the base of Ni3-AI, and before its injection the temperature of the melt is reduced to Tliq.+ 90-100°C. Calcium is introduced in the amount of 0.002-0.015 % of the melt mass. Lanthanum is introduced in the amount of 0.05-0.50 % of the melt mass. Utilization of the presented method will allow to smelt the based on Ni3-AI intermetallic alloys of the heightened cleanness, what will ensure the increased service life and reliability of the single-crystal blades of the gas-turbine engines and gas-turbine plants.
EFFECT: the invention allows to smelt the based on Ni3-AI intermetallic alloys of the heightened cleanness, the increased service life and reliability of the single-crystal blades of the gas-turbine engines and gas-turbine plants.
