FIELD: electroplating; methods of production of an electrolyte for coating composite electroplating.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to electroplating and may be used at preparation of the electrolytes-suspensions for composite electroplating in conditions of the mass, serial and single piece production. The method provides for production from the electrically conducting material of the powder of the necessary granulometric composition with the help of the electrical erosion in the distilled water. Then without its dehydration on the basis of the produced suspension prepare the electrolyte, in which one adds the necessary chemical reactants. The technical result of the invention is the method, which allows to produce the suspension consisting of the distilled water and particles of the powder, the chemical composition of which is close to the source materials; the particles of the powder possess the much higher hardness, than the source material, have a good wettability, low tendency to adhesion and formation of conglomerates.
EFFECT: the invention allows to produce the suspension, the chemical composition of which is close to the source materials, and the produces particles of the powder possess the much higher hardness, than the source material and have a good wettability, low adhesion excluding formation of conglomerates.
