FIELD: oil production industry, particularly to produce oil with the use of well sucker-rod pump from oil deposit, for instance from reservoir having low-production oil pools and underlaying water.
SUBSTANCE: method involves lowering flow string shoe below perforation interval and producing oil with the use of well sucker-rod pump. During oil production from well characterized with bottom water and with pool pressure in well, which is 0.5 MPa greater than pressure of oil degassing initiation, defined oil production regime is worked-out. In above regime bottom-hole pressure may be changed only within predetermined range, wherein minimal pressure value is in oil influx zone at inlet sucker-rod pump valve level, which provides increase of pressure of oil degassing initiation. Bottom-hole pressure value is determined by excessive pressure at hole clearance head from analytic relations. Oil production device comprises flow string with well sucker-rod pump. Well head is provided with pipeline extending from flow string - central rising means and with pipeline communiced with hole clearance. Pivot-controlled valve assembly with electromagnetic valves and electric-contact manometer adapted to measure excessive pressure at hole clearance head are installed in the pipeline. Electromagnetic valves may be switched on and off under calculated minimal and maximal values of excessive pressure through electric manometer contacts to provide partial pressure release from hole clearance to obtain minimal predetermined pressure value along with following pressure recovery up to initial value reaching and to maintain bottom-hole pressure within predetermined pressure range. Relation between bottom-hole pressure and excessive pressure at hole clearance head is defined by analytical relations.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of watered or non-watered oil from well; increased delivery rate or sucker-rod pump and increased completeness of pool energy usage.
