FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to mining and can be used, for example, for oil production. Plant comprises at least one well assembly including tubing string, lower of which is perforated, and upper is connected to oil collection system, packer installed near shoe of tubing string, lower check valve arranged in lower end of lower tubing string, and upper check valve arranged above perforation in lower tubing string, pressure unit including pump and vessel with working medium, connected to each other and to annular space of well, and unit of plant control. At that, in under-packer zone there is a pressure sensor functionally connected to the unit control unit. Also disclosed is a method of operating oil wells, carried out using said plant.
EFFECT: technical result consists in provision of objective monitoring of condition of oil-bearing formation immediately during its operation.
