FIELD: instrument industry.
SUBSTANCE: manometric spring is defined by the sealed connection of three bar-like thin members of given shape and sizes. Two bar-like members that define outer and inner contours of the cross-section of the spring is provided with the longitudinal corrugation, and third bar-like member has no corrugations and is arranged along the large axis of the cross-section. The concave of the mid-line of the corrugations of the outer and inner contours of the cross-section face the large axis of the cross-section. The sizes of the spring are determined from the relationship A/(2c) > 1, where A is the large axis of the cross-section of the spring and c is the minimum distance from the large axis of the cross-section of the spring to the far distant point of the mid-line of the corrugation on the outer and inner contours of the cross-section of the spring. The nonlinearity of the flexibility characteristic of the manometric spring can be changed by varying geometry of the cross-section and corrugations.
