FIELD: radio engineering, transmitting-receiving equipment and measuring equipment for transformation of frequencies.
SUBSTANCE: frequency transformer (dwg. 1) contains input contour 1, bipolar transistor 22, output contour 24, field transistors 6-8, utilized in passive mode of controllable resistance, enabled in parallel by alternating current from the side of low input resistance of frequency transformer, gates of which are controlled by sinusoid-shaped signals with frequency of heterodyne at mutual phase shift 2π/3, incoming from output of phase shifter 4.
EFFECT: increased decoupling between circuits of input signal and heterodyne signal, tripled frequency of heterodyne.
