SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio engineering and communication. Essence of the claimed device is that the high-frequency vector phase shifter includes a polyphase RC filter whose first input is the input of the phase shifter and the second input is grounded, an analog quadrature differential adder consisting of two differential amplifiers with variable gain in the form of Hilbert cells and a load connected to the power rail, a digital-to-analog converter, a bias voltage source, a differential signal converter into unbalanced, output of which is the output of the device, Additionally, the phase shifter comprises a power attenuation common-mode component, is connected between the differential analog quadrature combiner, and a transmitter differential signal bi-directionally connected to a source of bias voltage.
EFFECT: technical result from the implementation of the claimed invention is directed to the development of a high-frequency vector phase shifter with an unbalanced input to reduce the phase setting error and reduce the mass and dimensions characteristics of the device.
