FIELD: food engineering.
SUBSTANCE: system has container 6 filled with coffee bags and positioned adjacent extraction chamber 3 of espresso coffee machine, and closing device 10 movable under container for controlling opening and closing of container throat, so that the lowest bag may be dropped and accepted by transfer device to be further moved into open extraction chamber 3. Extraction chamber is then closed for further percolation of cup of coffee. Devices for transfer of coffee bag from container into extraction chamber and also for closing and opening of container throat, as well as closing and opening of extraction chamber and actuation of pump for supplying of percolation water, and removal of used bag may be performed in manual or automatic mode of operation.
EFFECT: increased efficiency in handling of individual coffee bags during transfer thereof from container into extraction chamber, and also storage of packages in open container with maximum possible protection from air.
