SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of beverages preparation. The coffee maker filter holder contains a bowl wherein a coffee filter is inserted, at least one discharge nipple and a valve for stabilisation of counterpressure during brewing, connected to the said discharge nipple. The filter holder additionally contains a regulation device for regulation of counterpressure during brewing by means of the valve; the said regulation device may be operated by the user for regulation of brewing conditions; the said regulation device contains a regulation damper for adjustment of the coffee delivery hole cross-section, positioned between the said valve and the said discharge nipple.
EFFECT: group of inventions enabling manipulations with the produced beverage organoleptic characteristics.
