SUBSTANCE: apparatus has sealing member provided with central through opening for defining connecting channel for passage of purified air through sealing member into electric engine chamber, lever member surrounding sealing member, and guiding member for directed displacement of lever member wherein lever member is displaced up and down depending on direction of movement of guiding member. Sealing member has annular casing with inlet and outlet, first sealing part formed substantially around inlet, second sealing part formed substantially around outlet, and connecting groove formed around sealing member for cooperation with lever member and creating sealing connection therewith.

EFFECT: provision for ready attachment and detachment of dust collecting section from cyclone dust catcher and for enabling direct transmission of suction force created by electric engine to cyclone dust catcher for more complete extraction and filtering of small-particle dust from air flow.
