FIELD: medicine, surgery.
SUBSTANCE: one should conduct pancreatic tunneling with the help of high-intensive laser radiation of 1.5-1.7 W power. Tunneling should be performed in points located at interval of 0.5-1.0 cm for the depth of at least 1.0 cm. The depth of tunnels in points located in even rows is above their depth in points located in odd rows. Impact time onto every point corresponds to at least 5 sec. It is necessary to form about 10-20 tunnels. The innovation suggested enables to stimulate neoangiogenesis and regeneration of pancreatic tissues.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.
