FIELD: construction industry; methods and devices of sampling of clay and purification of gravel and sand.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the method of production of nonmetallic construction materials out of the sandy-gravel rocks containing the great amount of the hard- progradating lump clay. The method of sampling of the clay and purification of the gravel and sand provides, that the flushing of the corresponding flow is conducted in the rotating barrel, the mixture feeding in which is exercised along the spiral paths in the cascade mode of stirring using the pressure water jets directed onto the being stirred in the rotating barrel the purified gravel or sand. At that the feeding of the water jets is conducted through the fitting pipes established coaxially along the axis of rotation of the barrel and connected among them with a capability of the relative coaxial angular shifting motion, the water nozzles of which are arranged in series. At that the washed particles and the deslimed and also levigated lumps of the clay are removed through the arranged along the length of the barrel windows with the gage bolters. The unloading of the purified gravel or sand is conducted through the device for unloading arranged on the upper end of the barrel and made in the form of the stationary coupled to the frame grid-iron trellis head made out of the metallic rods coiled and enveloping the upper end of the barrel and also mounted with a clearance along the axis of the barrel. At that the spirals of the barrel are made protruding beyond its limits on the side of the unloading and rotating in the trellis head of the unloading device. The technical result of the invention is the increased efficiency of the sampling of clay and purification of gravel and sand, production of the high-quality gravel and sand, and also reduction of power input for technological operations.
