INSTALLATION FOR PRODUCTION OF THE RAW MATERIAL FOR THE FOAM-SILICATE GRAVEL Russian patent published in 2007 - IPC C03C11/00

Abstract RU 2307097 C2

FIELD: construction materials industry; devices for production of the raw material for the foam-silicate gravel.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to production of the loose lightweight building materials. The technical result of the invention consists in the increased productivity of the installation in production of the raw material for the foam-silicate gravel. The installation includes the first production line - the warehouse of the cullet: the drum apparatus, the hammer mill, then attritor and the hopper for the glass powder; the second production line - the warehouse of the quartz sand, then attritor and the hopper for the milled sand; the third production line - the warehouse for the blowing agent, the attritor and the hopper for the blowing agent. The outlet of the hopper of each production line is connected to the fitting pipe of the inlet of the drum mixer, which outlet is connected to the high speed mixer. The outlet of the high speed mixer is connected to the drum granulator, from which the raw material is fed into the drying drum. The drum apparatus has the longitudinal ribs with 50-300 height, the height of the drying drum is 20-100 mm. The drum mixer has no less than 4 ribs, which have been made in the form of the screw with its threading opposite to the direction of rotation of the drum. The drum granulator inside along its length has no less than three annular thresholds of the equal height within the limits of 0.05 up to 0,30 diameter of the drum.

EFFECT: the invention ensures the increased productivity of the installation in production of the raw material for the foam-silicate gravel.
