FIELD: mining, drilling.
SUBSTANCE: said invention relates to drilling equipment and is provided for drilling mud desludging and separating drilling mud into clay and sand. The plant comprises a batch hopper, a washing drum and a drying cylinder. The washing drum is horizontal and is a hollow cylinder with a flat-cone head. Inside the cylinder, a hollow shaft with paddles is located, which is connected to a water source and may be motor driven. Each paddle is installed at an angle to the shaft and has an end-to-end channel directed from the shaft axis to the cylinder wall. In front of each paddle, water jets are installed at an angle to the shaft axis. Inside the cylinder, lengthwise channels are provided, each of which is connected to wash water source by means of openings in the cylinder-head joint. The drying cylinder is provided with a rotating and reciprocating agitator and a steam discharge. Quality of drilling mud cleaning is improved.
EFFECT: improved quality of drilling mud cleaning.
