FIELD: woodworking industry; methods of production of the wood furniture.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the woodworking industry, in particular, to the method of production of the glulams and may be used at manufacture of the wood boards for production of furniture from the non-standard scraps of boards. The method of manufacture of the wood board for production of furniture includes the following operations: preliminary drying of the sawn-timbers in the form of the boards; cutout of the sawn timber, formation of the board components, application of the wood cement on the board components lateral surfaces, their pasting together on the width of the board with aging in the press at the high temperature and realization of the mechanical woodworking of the boards horizontal planes and butts. After the sawn timbers cutout reject the nonstandard side strips of the boards and by means of tooling produce the billets of the necessary dimensions, paste the billets together on the face gaining the components of the board consisting of the several layers. The wood cement is applied only on one surface of one of the adjacent billets, using the second billet to form the board component layer without the wood cement application on it. After pressing and aging for 24 hours each produced board component is brought to the necessary dimensions by mechanical woodworking, and after the pasting together of the board components on its whole width the packaged board is aged within 24 hours. Then conduct the mechanical woodworking of the board horizontal planes by the method of smooth finish. The invention ensures the high strength of the boards pasted together from whole components.
