FIELD: production of adhered laminated materials of veneer.
SUBSTANCE: the method consists in preparation of veneer, cutting of veneer into strips of a definite width, application of adhesive onto the veneer strips, forming of a block in which the strips are positioned in the longitudinal direction in parallel with one another, pressing of the block in a press, cutting of the obtained material into blanks of the required dimensions. At a block forming the veneer strip layers are oriented perpendicularly to the plane of the layer of the produced adhered laminated material. The pressing pressure is applied perpendicularly to the layers of the veneer strips and in parallel with the layer plane of the produced adhered laminated material.
EFFECT: enhanced quality of the product and reduced raw waste lumber.
