FIELD: ferrous metallurgy, possibly processes for directly steel alloying in steel-melting aggregates, steel-casting ladles or in furnace-ladle type plants.
SUBSTANCE: apparatus for feeding ingredients at directly steel alloying includes distributing mechanism in the form of funnel and rotary chute with drive; intermediate hoppers coupled with discharge tube. Apparatus is arranged in carcass with cover; said carcass is provided with members for securing to structures of metallurgical shop. Funnel is placed in cover, rotary chute is placed under cover. Intermediate hoppers are arranged along radiuses in carcass and cavity is defined by their surfaces turned to lengthwise axis of apparatus. Said hoppers are communicated with discharge tube through discharging openings formed in them and gates mounted with possibility of motion relative to lengthwise axis of hopper.
EFFECT: lowered power consumption, reduced cost, possibility for matching in time melting processes of initial ingredients and for reducing alloying elements.
