FIELD: oil and gas production industry, particularly methods or devices for cementing, for plugging holes, crevices, or the like.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises body with radial orifices formed in the body and serially arranged sealing members enclosing the body. Support bush, which encloses the body, is arranged near extreme sealing member. Device also has case closing radial orifices and defining annular space along with the body and annular piston reciprocating inside the space and connected to the body by shear pins. Radial orifices are formed in upper body part. Recess in created in central body part along outer surface thereof. Annular piston includes two members with shear ring located between the members and retained by rigid centering guiders fastened to outer surfaces of annular piston members. Centering guiders have cavities adapted to receive springs cooperating with shear ring and formed to install shear ring in body recess during annular piston displacement relatively the body. Sealing members are arranged in lower body part between lower end of annular piston member and support bush end provided with inner notch. Cylindrical bush having dies with slips in upper and lower parts thereof is located below support bush.
