FIELD: transport engineering; suspensions of transport facilities.
SUBSTANCE: proposed shock absorber has body, rod with piston, piston-separator, rod guide and throttling system. Shock absorber is additionally provided with ring immovably mounted in body and spool valve with skewed slots; spool valve is secured on rod. Cavity of hydraulic rebound buffer formed in between ring and rod guide is filled with fluid from working chamber of shock absorber.
EFFECT: reduction of rigidity of impact loads at end rebound stroke; avoidance of plastic deformation and mechanical wear of rebound buffer.
