FIELD: mechanical engineering; vibration insulation of technological equipment with shifted center of mass.
SUBSTANCE: proposed vibration insulating system contains at least four vibration isolators with pendulum suspensions; vibration isolators having different rigidity are connected with bearing members of equipment to be vibration insulated. Rigidity of vibration isolators mounted on bearing members of equipment on side of shifted center of mass is twice as mush of vibration isolators mounted on opposite side. Flexible members of vibration isolators mounted on bearing members of equipment on side of shifted center of mass consist of two interconnected flexible and elastically-deformable members. Pendulum suspensions of all vibration isolators are made in form of threaded stud whose one end is connected with bearing lever for securing the object to be vibration insulated and other end is connected with thrust washer and nut connected in its turn with bush coupled with flexible member.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of vibration insulation; simplified construction; ease of mounting.
