FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for vibration isolation of processing equipment with displaced center of masses. Proposed vibration isolating system contains at least four vibration isolators of different rigidity connected with support members of equipment. Rigidity of vibration isolators installed on support members of equipment from side of displaced center of masses is twice as great at rigidly of vibration isolators installed on support members of equipment from opposite side. Elastic member of vibration isolators installed on support members of equipment from side of displaced center of masses consists to two series-connected elastic-damping members. Swinging suspension of all vibration isolators is made in form of threaded stud connected by one end with support lever for fastening object to be vibration isolated, and by other end, with thrust washer and nut coupled with bushing connected with elastic member.
EFFECT: improved efficiency of vibration isolation at resonance, simplified design and mounting.
