FIELD: mechanical engineering; vibration insulation of technological equipment.
SUBSTANCE: proposed vibration isolator with pendulum suspension has compression spring engageable with base and pendulum suspension. Pendulum suspension is made in form of threaded rod connected with spherical washer at one of its ends and threaded bush also connected with spherical washer on one of its ends not connected with threaded rod. Spherical washers are engageable with at least three balls located on taper surface of bearing members engageable respectively with upper end face of compression spring and with object to be vibration insulated. Buffer-type restricting members made from elastomer are located in base.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of vibration insulation in resonance mode; simplified construction; ease in mounting.
