FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: bumper consists of compression spring interacting with base of case and pendulum suspension. The damper consists of the base, of the guiding device and of a shock-absorbing device pivotally joined with the base by means of a bracket. The damper is formed with two coaxial cylinder sleeves. A pressure tight circular cavity is formed between external and internal sleeves. An upper part of the cavity is closed with a movable circular flange with packing along internal and external surfaces, while a lower one is closed with a circular washer. A circular piston with throttling holes is arranged in the circular cavity. The piston is hinged by means of at least three rods with the circular flange whereupon a spring rests. An upper base of the spring thrusts against a cover rigidly connected with a rod of the damper. A bushing is rigidly tied with the cover and operates as a guide for the spring. The rod is installed coaxially to sleeves. A lower end of the rod is connected with a vibration protected object, while an upper one is connected with the cover.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of anti-vibration in resonance mode and simplification of design and assembly of bumper.
