FIELD: manufacture of articles from composite materials; manufacture of hermetic articles made from reinforced materials in form of bodies of revolution; chemical, petrochemical industries; aviation.
SUBSTANCE: tube made from fibrous composite material has layers of reinforced fibrous material impregnated with binder and oriented in longitudinal and transverse directions; in circular direction two layers are formed: outer layer and inner layer; outer layer is reinforced with rigid material at elasticity modulus exceeding elasticity modulus of material used for inner circular layer and longitudinal layers (flexible material) by at least 30%; thickness of outer circular layer is 40-150% of thickness of inner circular layer; used as rigid material is basalt fiber and used as flexible material is glass fiber.
EFFECT: enhanced strength of tubes; resistance of tubes to loads arising during underground laying and to bending loads; increased internal pressure of depressurization of tubes.
