FIELD: pipelines.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of pipes intended for transportation of liquid and gaseous media. Hybrid pipe for transportation of liquid and gaseous media contains inner lining layer 1, layer 2 of hollow stiffening ribs made of fibrous composite materials, and outer layer 3 from metal or non-metal. Inner lining layer is made in the form of coiled tube from metal band, at the same time layers of fibrous reinforcing material impregnated with liquid organic or inorganic binding agent are wound on twisted pipe. Metal tape is made of galvanized steel or stainless steel, or copper, or titanium, at that the thickness of band is 0.1÷1.5 mm. Outer layer 3 is made from stainless steel sheet, or from galvanized steel sheet, or from thermoplastic. Space between hollow stiffeners is filled with heat-insulating material or concrete.
EFFECT: technical result is increased ring stiffness of inner lining layer and reduced thickness of its wall.
