SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of articles from curable polyester resins. Disclosed is a composite material for the manufacture of construction products, comprising a resin-based polymer compound curable during the manufacture of products, and reinforcing elements connected to the compound, including fibrous elements and polymer films in the form of webs, compound is contained in the material in range of 20-90 wt.%, the reinforcing elements in the material are contained in range of 10-80 wt.%, polymer films in the reinforcing elements are contained in range of 0.5-0.7 wt.%, polymer inextensible PET films are used as films, each of which in the cross section has a size in range of 5-300 mcm, fibres of fibrous elements are located along article length, width, diagonals and thickness in intersecting positions forming volume reinforcing material structure, wherein the fibre of each fibrous element in the cross section has a size in range of 5-45 mcm; construction product from the proposed composite material in the form of a flat or volumetric profiled sheet and a method for manufacturing the proposed construction product from the composite material.
