SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with technology for manufacturing canned food. The suggested canned food should be prepared due to cutting and blanching carrots and potatoes, chopping and freezing fresh white cabbage followed by boiling, peeling and cutting hen eggs, blanching green peas, cutting pork, pickled cucumbers, green onions and dill greens. The components mentioned should be mixed at oxygen-free supply together with prune, sugar, common salt, lactic acid, calcium or magnesium lactate and sour cream. The mixture obtained should be packaged, sealed hermetically and sterilized. The innovation provides manufacturing of canned product of higher digestibility.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of manufacturing.
