FIELD: food production technology.
SUBSTANCE: canned food is produced by eggs boiling, shelling and cutting; potato boiling and cutting; carrot blanching and cutting; green onion and dill cutting and freezing; squid fillet and salted cucumbers cutting, fresh green peas freezing. The said products are mixed up with table salt and bitter black pepper without oxygen access. Produced mixture and sour cream are packed, sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: improved digestibility.
