FIELD: production of canned soup concentrates.
SUBSTANCE: claimed canned goods are produced by formula component preparation, namely beet cutting, fresh white cabbage shredding, potatoes cutting and blanching, kidney soaking and blanching up to mass doubling, cutting of onion, carrot and white roots and roasting thereof in fat; addition of tomato paste, red paprika puree, wheat flour, sugar, table salt, and black pepper to produce dressing. Beet, cabbage, potatoes, kidney and dressing are blended under heating up to 70-75°C Obtained mixture is pre-packed together with meat and bay leaf in specific component ratio.
EFFECT: canned goods of increased digestion value.
