SUBSTANCE: method involves recipe components preparation, speck, carrots and bulb onions cutting and combined sauteing, potatoes cutting and blanching, beet-roots cutting and stewing in bone broth with addition of butter, tomato paste and acetic acid, fresh ornamental cabbages chopping and freezing, wheat flour sauteing, garlic straining, meat and greens cutting. Then the listed components are mixed with salt, black hot pepper, red sweet pepper and laurel leaf; the mixture is packed, sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: technical means array expansion.
