SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes beet blanching and cutting; potato cutting and blanching; fresh white cabbage shredding and freezing; parsley root, marrow, and onion cutting and roasting in melt fat; tomato and apple cutting and freezing; beef and gardenstuff cutting; kidney bean cooking up to 150 % mass increasing. Abovementioned components are blended in specific component ratio, in oxygen-free atmosphere with sour cream, tomato paste, acetic acid, table salt, black pepper and bay leaf. Obtained mixture is pre-packed with bone broth, sealed and sterilized. Claimed product has digestion value of 5x104.
EFFECT: canned goods of increased digestion value.
