FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves separating auditory ossicles from tympanic cavity walls. The separation is carried out in vestibule window niche area using two 40-50 mcm thick allocartilage plates. The plates are arranged along greater stirrup base axis. One of the plates thrusts against facial nerve canal protrusion. The other one thrusts against promontory. The plates have rectangular shape in particular case being 2.0-2.5 mm in length and 1.0-1.5 mm in width. The plates are set at an angle of 90° to stirrup superstructures plane.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment.
