FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to strengthening finishing of surfaces by method of surface plastic deformation. Proposed device contains housing, step linear displacement drive, control unit in form of signal setter, and slider. Slider is coupled with step drive and is installed for reciprocation. Fork with fixed axle provided with splines is secured on slider. Bushing with seat outer surfaces arranged at angle to said axle is fitted on axle. Preliminary and smoothing deforming rollers are mounted on bushing between elastic elements. Smoothing deforming roller is installed for reciprocation along its axle. Preliminary deforming roller is installed for vibratory displacement.
EFFECT: improved quality of machined surface, provision of regular fine projections of directed texture and preset porosity and density on surface layer.
