FIELD: production of prefabricated concrete and reinforced concrete articles from semidry building mixes.
SUBSTANCE: proposed unit consists of vibrating table mounted on bed-frame, right-hand and left-hand guide tables with main and auxiliary dispensing units mounted on them. Each dispensing unit includes bins and feeder with drive in form of power cylinder. Front and rear walls of each feeder are provided with gates. Mounted in cavity of each feeder is working member of agitator made in form of grate assembled from plates secured on strikers with anvils. Anvils are engageable with spring-loaded stop and pusher kinematically linked with agitator drive. Guides with carriage mounted on them are secured on bed-frame along its transversal axis and on rear support. Punch and die connected with power cylinders are suspended from carriage by means of movable plungers; they are provided with attracting magnets for locking the technological tray on it. Mounted in front of vibrating table and behind rear support along longitudinal axis of horizontal guides are respectively main magazine of technological trays and auxiliary magazine of transportation trays which are equipped with grips made in form of discs with permanent attracting magnets. Discs are secured on power cylinder rods. Secured on transversal end faces of carriage are manipulators for motion of trays. These manipulators are made in form of L-shaped cantilevers with attracting magnets. Insert forming the working chamber of die is provided with retainers of technological trays on lower end face which are made in form of permanent magnets. Rear support is provided with one port for passage of manipulator with tray. Carriages are held in front and rear working positions by means of retainers.
EFFECT: improved quality of articles; reduced labor consumption; reduction of power requirements and noise level.
