FIELD: production of articles from construction mixes. SUBSTANCE: the unit consists of modules in the form of a vibrating table, right-hand and left-hand guide tables with the main and auxiliary dispensing devices, horizontal guides and a driving carrier with a punch, matrix and a bed frame. The bed frame is made of the central section and right-hand and left-hand side sections coupled to it and front and rear posts located along its transversal axis. The vibrating table is fastened on the central section, and the right-hand and left-hand guide tables on the right-hand and left-hand guide tables on the right-hand and left-hand sections respectively. Each feeder is connected to the rod of the power cylinder of reciprocate motions. The end faces of the horizontal guides are connected by supporting members installed on the front and rear posts. The carriage is installed on the horizontal guides with the aid of rollers. The carriage has guide bushes symmetrical to its axis. The guide bushes envelop the upper and lower plungers, whose lower ends are connected respectively to the punch and matrix connected to the rods of the drives of their vertical motions. A synchronizer of the matrix position relative to the punch at vertical motions is installed on the carriage. The driving carriage in the front operating position is located over the vibrating table coaxially with its working surface. In the rear position the carriage with the punch and matrix is located over the implements tray, installed on the trimmer of the molded articles or on the transporting device.
