FIELD: production of products of prefabricated reinforced concrete from structural mixes. SUBSTANCE: the unit has a movable frame with unbalanced mass vibrators mounted with the aid of elastic supports on a bed with guide columns connected in the upper part by a horizontal cross bar with a power cylinder secured on it. The rod of the power cylinder is kinematically linked with a punch coaxial with a bottomless matrix with the movable frame located under it and engageable with it through a replaceable inventory pallet, resting by means of elastic members against a vertically movable cross-piece enveloping the guide columns and hinge-joined to the rods of the drive of vertical displacements. The distributing arrangement is made in the form of a service bunker for structural mix and positioned under it horizontally movable drive box feeder engageable with the guide table installed on the bed posts, and a mechanism feeding the replaceable inventory pallets. The punch is provided with plungers located symmetrically with its vertical axis, the horizontal cross-piece-enveloping the latters with guide bushes, the bed - with auxiliary posts. The mechanism for feeding the replaceable inventory pallets is made in the form of horizontal guides connected at the ends by the front and rear cross-pieces and movable carriage resting against them by means of supporting rollers with the flanges, and successively positioned in the direction of its horizontally reciprocating motions the front and rear working seats for placement of the replaceable pallets in them. The drive of the vertical motions of the movable cross-piece is fastened on the ends of the horizontal cross-piece. The horizontal guides of the mechanism for feeding the replaceable inventory pallets are installed on the main and auxiliary posts of the bed. Distance T between the axes of the guide columns exceeds distance T1 between the axes of plungers by 2.25-2.65 times, the length of horizontal guides L and length L1 of the movable carriage exceed width S of the replaceable inventory pallet by 3.7-4.3 and 2.25-2.75 respectively.
