FIELD: item production of semidry mixes.

SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes several modules comprising vibration exciter, right and left guide tables with main and supplementary distribution means. Apparatus also has horizontal guiding means, frame and drive carriage with punch and die. Frame has central section, right and left side sections connected to central one, front and rear posts arranged along transversal axis thereof. Vibration exciter is secured to central section. Right and left guiding tables are connected accordingly to right and left side sections. Horizontal guiding means have ends connected one to another by support members installed on front post and inner ends of right and left side frame sections arranged opposite one to another. Carriage is mounted on horizontal guiding means by rollers. Carriage has guiding bushes arranged symmetrically to its axis. Guiding bushes enclose upper and lower rams having lower ends connected accordingly to punch and die secured to rods of vertical movement drive means. Installed on carriage is synchronizer to synchronize die position relative punch during vertical movement thereof. Guiding carriage is located above vibration exciter coaxially thereto in front working position. Carriage, punch and die are located above inventory tray in rear working position. Inventory tray is installed on formed items stopper or on conveyer.

EFFECT: increased item quality, increased apparatus output.
