FIELD: aeronautical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method excludes losses of working fluid through untight protected sections of system in case of detection of losses of working fluid. Untight line is found in untight section including protected sections of delivery and return lines; untight line is located and isolated and delivery and return of working fluid are performed through tight delivery or return lines. Device proposed for realization of this method contains delivery loops with protected sections which are connected by means of delivery and return lines. Each of them is provided with hydraulic drive; these drives are connected with receiving electro-hydraulic distributing unit by means of return and delivery pipe lines of protected section. Transmitting electro-hydraulic distributing unit is connected with receiving electro-hydraulic distributing unit by means of protected delivery lines. Accumulator is hydraulically and mechanically connected with receiving electro-hydraulic distributing unit. Multiplexing unit is connected with receiving and transmitting electro-hydraulic distributing units by means of control electric circuits. Pressure alarms of protected delivery lines are connected with multiplexing unit by means of warning electric circuits. Multiplexing unit has switching elements, connecting circuits, change-over relay with contact groups consisting on make and break output contacts. Electric circuit of multiplexing unit includes working fluid level sensor showing level of working fluid in hydraulic tank and pressure alarms.
EFFECT: enhanced survivability of flying vehicle hydraulic system without isolation of hydraulic drives in untight sections.
