SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of test equipment and machine building and can be used for protection against unauthorized discharge of working fluid from hydraulic systems of construction, road, agricultural, reclamation, forestry, industrial machines and equipment with hydraulic drive of working elements. Hydraulic drive protection system includes hydraulic tank, pump connected by hydraulic line with hydraulic drive through distributor, drain line into hydraulic tank, controller, light and sound alarms, a pressure reducing valve, a mechanism for shutting off working fluid supply, acoustic sensors mounted on high-pressure hoses. Essence of the invention consists in the fact that installed on the high-pressure hoses acoustic sensors generate signals of initial moment of destruction of material of high-pressure hoses, processing of which is carried out by controller equipped with transducer of acoustic sensors signals, amplitude and frequency analyzers of electric pulses, units of threshold setting, comparison of background value and operation threshold, electric circuit control, warning initial stage of destruction through high pressure hoses, and also notifies the operator of the light and sound alarm of the occurrence of abnormality, the automatic power-off takes place supplying the working fluid in the pressure line.

EFFECT: higher operational reliability of the machine hydraulic drive protection system.
