The technical result is achieved by a hydraulic drive protection system, including a hydraulic tank, a pump connected by a pressure hydraulic line through a hydraulic distributor with a hydraulic drive equipped with acoustic sensors mounted on the inner shell flexible high-pressure hoses that generate acoustic signals of the initial moment of destruction of the hose material, a drain line to the hydraulic tank, a pressure reducing valve, a mechanism for shutting off the supply of working fluid, a radio signal transmitter about a malfunction of the high-pressure hoses to the control room and a controller containing light and sound signaling devices, a threshold setting unit actuation of the hydraulic drive protection system, comparison unit the background value of the acoustic signals and the response threshold entering the control unit of the electrical circuit of the actuator, the converter of the signals of acoustic sensors into a radio signal, the determinant of the time and place of the formation of a radio signal about a malfunction of the high-pressure hoses.

EFFECT: technical result is an increase in the productivity and operational reliability of the hydraulic drive and machines.
