FIELD: mechanical engineering; aircraft industry; power industry; methods of deposition of the protective coatings.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of mechanical engineering and may be used in the aircraft and power turbine production for protection of the details working at the high temperatures. The offered method provides for the preliminary treatment of the surface of the detail, deposition of the first layer of the high-temperature coating made out of the alloy on the basis of nickel, deposition of the second layer containing aluminum. Then conduct the vacuum diffusion annealing, preparation of the surface for deposition of the third layer of the coating deposition of the third ceramic layer and the finish treatment of the detail with the coating. The deposited ceramic layer consists of the powder of ZrO2 · Yb2О3 or of the mixture of the powders of ZrO2 · Yb2O3 andZrO2Y2O3 at their following ratio (in mass %):ZrO2 · Yb2O3 - 5-95,ZrO2 · Y2О3 - 95-5. As the powder they use the spheroidized powder of the granulation grain of 50-80 microns. The technical result of the invention is development of the method of deposition of the coating on the details of the gas turbine engine, which allows to increase the thermoresistance of the alloy-coating composition and the thermal-protective features of the coating.
EFFECT: the invention ensures the increased thermoresistance of the alloy-coating composition and the thermal-protective features of the coating.
