METHOD OF PROCESSING SOLID DOMESTIC WASTE Russian patent published in 2006 - IPC F23G5/02 

FIELD: technology of processing solid domestic waste of organic and inorganic nature which contains carbon and its compounds, iron and oxides of metals.

SUBSTANCE: solid domestic waste may contain ferrous and non-ferrous scrap, plastics, glass, stones, plaster, wood and textile waste, rubber, leather, garden waste, bones, food waste. Proposed method may be used for adjustment of gas cleaning system of slag bath relative to composition of solid domestic waste by organic and inorganic parts and reducing the volume of gases escaping from slag bath. Prior to charge, inorganic part of solid domestic waste in form of lumpy material containing slag-forming agents and oxides is separated from organic part of solid domestic waste; composition of organic and inorganic parts of solid domestic waste is determined through revealing the behavior of class distribution of their species composition; comparison of actual and designed composition of organic and inorganic parts of solid domestic waste makes it possible to determine errors of determination of volume of gases escaping from slag bath.

EFFECT: extended functional capabilities taking into account behavior of change in solid domestic waste and adjustment of gas cleaning system of slag bath.
