FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: waste burning plant comprises a hopper block, a block of SDW burning in a rotary furnace of drum type, a smoke treatment unit, a water treatment and heat recovery unit, an ash recycling unit, which comprises a melting reactor lined from inside; a plasmatron, an ash hopper with a mechanism of ash input, a system of melt drain and slag pelletising, a source of power supply, a system of smoke gases treatment. The melting reactor of the ash recycling unit comprises a metal water-cooled jacket, the ash recycling unit comprises an air compressor and a water pump for cooling of electrodes of the plasmatron and the jacket of the reactor, the system of treatment of smoke gases of the ash recycling unit comprises an afterburner, a vortex scrubber (a centrifugal bubbling device) with an alkaline solution, a sleeve filter for treatment from solid admixtures and a collector of ash residue (secondary ash).
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase environmental safety of SDW burning and to reduce pollution of environment.
