SUBSTANCE: proposed radio communication circuit determines data block structure of protocol conveyed over transport channel in a new way so as to avoid redundant connection of terminal identifier (UE-ID) and information about UE-ID type. Since there is only one terminal identifier UE-ID and type UE-ID in protocol data block heading processed within same transmission time interval (TTT), data transfer efficiency as a whole enhances.
EFFECT: noticeable reduction in radio communications resources.
