SUBSTANCE: method to transfer information on planning to user equipment (UE) and method to configure a protocol data unit (PDU) of a sub-level MAC-e (sublevel to control improved dedicated channel of a level to control access to transfer medium) are proposed. PDU of MAC-e sublevel is configured for transfer. Available data subject to transfer are placed into PDU MAC-e in compliance with priorities diagram, using a permit for unscheduled data transfer or a permit for scheduled data transfer. Information on planning is placed in the same PDU MAC-e as the available data, at the same time UE assumes that the permit for unscheduled transfer is available for information on planning. PDU MAC-e is sent to a receiving party.
EFFECT: efficient transfer of control information, which makes it possible to securely transfer control information each time, when it is necessary.
